Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
Every. Damned. Time. Whenever I eat at the Maplewood Grill, I gain weight. Or, so it seems.

Food Log
Breakfast
12:45pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

6:20pm: Chicken salad (rotisserie chicken breast, shaved parmesan, tomatoes, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette).

Dinner
11:25pm: Cottage cheese and
 a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 58+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
