Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    205.2 lbs.
Previous Weight (10/27/23):        203.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
I just ate a lot this weekend - nothing complicated about why I gained weight. This week, I really have to turn it around. I have not been focused, and with only four weeks left of official weigh-ins this year, I must, or end the year badly. Part of the problem may be the medication I started taking a few weeks ago, but there's nothing to be done about that.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:55pm:
Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, Dubliner cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
8:25pm-11:25pm, at the Maplewood Bar & Grill (and hours later, at home):
Chicken bacon ranch pizza. Not shown: A big house salad (romaine, cucmbers, tomatoes, olives, balsamic vinaigrette). I ate half the pizza there, and ate the rest at home.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.;
