I thought I was going to lose weight yesterday, but I didn't. No solace from not gaining - I expected better results. As always, expectations are the source of all disappointment.

8:45pm: Miso Ramen soup with chicken (Vite Ramen high-protein ramen kit) and a big-ass salad (Spring Mix, baby spinach, rainbow slaw [mixed julienned veggies], walnuts, goat cheese, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette) and a Quest bar.
Snack
11:25pm: Celery and peanut butter.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 18 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.;
