Previous Weight (10/23/23):        203.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
Once again, expecting  to lose weight, and, once again, I didn't. High-calorie, fasting schedule broken, not enough water? Dunno.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:45pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
11:25pm: Chicken-guacamole burrito (using a low-carb spinach and herb tortilla), a
 salad (mixed lettuces, rainbow slaw [mixed julienned veggies], spinach, Wegman's Green Goddess avocado oil dressing), and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 50+ oz.; and a nice pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey
