Once again, expecting to lose weight, and, once again, I didn't. High-calorie, fasting schedule broken, not enough water? Dunno.

Dinner
11:25pm: Chicken-guacamole burrito (using a low-carb spinach and herb tortilla), a salad (mixed lettuces, rainbow slaw [mixed julienned veggies], spinach, Wegman's Green Goddess avocado oil dressing), and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 50+ oz.; and a nice pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey
