Today's Weight:                    202.6 lbs.

Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
Good end to the week. After a rocky beginning, when I reached my highest weight in more than two years, I finished below Monday's weigh-in. That's a good thing.

Food Log
Breakfast
4:15pm: Scrambled eggs, sautéed spinach and kale, and veggie sloppy joe (Quorn Grounds mushroom protein, kale and spinach, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce).

Lunch
6:00pm: Cottage cheese and wild blueberries.

Dinner
11:25pm: Cream cheese and walnut rollup (in alow-carb spinach tortilla), walnuts and dark chocolate,
 and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
