Diet Comment
Good end to the week. After a rocky beginning, when I reached my highest weight in more than two years, I finished below Monday's weigh-in. That's a good thing.

Breakfast
4:15pm: Scrambled eggs, sautéed spinach and kale, and veggie sloppy joe (Quorn Grounds mushroom protein, kale and spinach, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce).
