10:05pm: Veggie sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds [mushroom protein], spinach, kale, and Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce) over mung bean and edamame fettuccine, carrots and homemade mayonnaise, dark chocolate, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 36+ oz.;
