Today's Weight:                    203.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (10/13/23):        200.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 2.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
Well, not so good. Also, I did not expect a weight increase after the weekend. Oh, well, I'll try to be better.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm:
LEO (lox, eggs, onions) on low-carb spinach and herb tortilla.
Lunch

7:40pm, at the Maplewood Bar & Grill:
Buffalo-style cauliflower.
Dinner

11:05pm: Chicken salad (rotisserie chicken breast, shaved parmesan, walnuts, tomatoes, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette)
 and a Quest bar.


Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
