Well, not so good. Also, I did not expect a weight increase after the weekend. Oh, well, I'll try to be better.

11:05pm: Chicken salad (rotisserie chicken breast, shaved parmesan, walnuts, tomatoes, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette) and a Quest bar.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 56+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
