Finally, a loss this week. May not be sustainable.

Breakfast
3:15pm:
Veggie lox omelet (eggs, smoked salmon, goat cheese, chopped spinach and kale, mushrooms, onions, peppers) and sweet potatoes with olive oil and Everything seasoning.
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
10:25pm: S
alad (mixed julienne veggies, arugula, chard, kale, spinach, creamy balsamic dressing), mixed nuts and Swiss cheese, dark chocolate, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
