Skipped.
Dinner
10:25pm: Salad (mixed julienne veggies, arugula, chard, kale, spinach, creamy balsamic dressing), mixed nuts and Swiss cheese, dark chocolate, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.;
