6:25pm: Popcorn (with olive oil, nutritional yeast and Everything seasoning) and a Quest bar.
Dinner
10:00pm: Spaghetti squash and Dal Tadka (lentil curry), a low-carb spinach and herb tortilla with cream cheese and walnuts, and whipped cottage cheese with blueberries and cacao nibs.
