This is a nice finish to the week, which has, thankfully been nothing but getting back on track after a hilariously off-plan (and, to be sure, sickening) weekend.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:45pm: LEO (lox [smoked salmon], eggs and onions) and sweet potatoes.

8:05pm: Miso ramen soup with turkey, spinach and kale (and ViteRamen high-protein, high-fiber ramen noodles).
