12:35pm: Reverend's Frittata: (eggs, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers, sweet potatoes, chia seeds, Dubliner cheese), and cream cheese on a slice of Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast.

9:35pm: Brussel sprouts with lentil curry over riced cauliflower. A Quest bar. A square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
