Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    201.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (9/22/22):         197.7 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 4.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
Even with the expectation that this weekend wouldn't follow any sane eating plan, I outdid myself. Yesterday, I ate nothing but pastries. About forty dollars worth, including not one, but two entire babkas (one apple, one chocolate), some savory pastries and two almond croissants. You can see the result in the chart. It's going to take a few days to get my weight back down to the 190s.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:45pm: LEO (lox, eggs, and onions). Roasted brussels sprouts. 

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
8:05pm: Roasted turkey breast salad (sliced RTB, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and creamy balsamic vinaigrette). And a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 42+ oz.;
