Effectively, no change, but at least the trend is in the right direction.

Breakfast
3:05pm: Overnight oatmeal plus (oats, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia) and a sous-vide bacon & cheese egg drop with cream cheese on a slice of Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast.

9:35pm: Miso ramen (Vite-ramen high-protein, high-fiber noodle soup, kale and spinach, nutritional yeast), and a salad (chicken breast, Dubliner cheese, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale and spinach, balsamic vinaigrette). A square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
