Diet Comment
If I had only eaten the bag of chips and hummus all day - not the case, I had a normal breakfast - I'd have gained weight. That I gained less than a pound? Miraculous. Still, I go into the weekend happy.

2:35pm: Greens and cheese omelet with Dubliner cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers, kale and spinach, and cream cheese on Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame sprouted grain toast.

9:35pm: Chicken salad (chicken, homemade mayonnaise, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale and spinach). A Quest bar.. A square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
