Today's Weight:                    196.9 lbs.
Previous Weight (9/7/22):          196.1 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.8 lbs.
Diet Comment
I'm fine with this result. The chart still looks good to me, and I'm still having the lowest average-weight year this millenia. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm: Oatmeal plus (oats, chia and hemp seeds, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia). 

Lunch
6:55pm; Carrots with homemade mayonnaise. 
A Quest bar and peanut butter..

Dinner
10:00pm: immi spicy beef ramen soup with mixed salad greens (immi ramen noodles are high-protein, high-fiber).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.;
