Still gaining weight, I'm now above the trend line. I'm still happy with my weight.

12:35pm: Overnight oatmeal plus (oats, chia and hemp seeds, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia) and an egg over easy.

11:45pm: Chicken sandwich with guacamole on Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame sprouted grains bread. Cole slaw. A Quest bar.
