Wow! Great loss, I didn't eat a lot Sunday, so there it is, will probably gain a little given I will be eating normally (as in, a lot) again today.

Breakfast
12:55pm: Oatmeal (oats, chia and hemp seeds, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, walnuts, kefir, cinnamon, stevia) and a small cheese omelet with parmesan cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers, kale and spinach.

9:35pm: Veggie Sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds (mushroom protein), Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian) with edamame fettuccine and parmesan cheese. A Quest bar. A square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
