Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    198.1 lbs.
Previous Weight (9/2/22):          197.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
Given that I ate off the charts (pizza, cake, beer) at a private party on Saturday, I have to say that this small gain represents something of a victory. 
Food Log
Breakfast
11:50am: A small Dubliner cheese omelet and two slices of Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast. 

Lunch
5:10pm: Overnight oatmeal plus (oats, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, mushroom powder, stevia).

Dinner
10:35pm: Mixed nuts and two squares of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
