Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    197.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (9/17/22):         196.9 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
I regard this as an unfortunate 'loss' (in terms of my weight control progress), given I was totally on plan yesterday. I shouldn't weigh more today, but I do and I don't know why. Yes, it's still a good weight for me, and yes, it could just be normal, random variation. But it doesn't feel right. 

Food Log
Breakfast
1:15pm, at CoreLife Eatery: Chicken Cobb salad (chicken, kale, spinach, avocado, bacon, hard-boiled egg, chick peas, yogurt bleu cheese dressing) and a cup of chicken bone broth. 

Lunch
5:30pm: Oatmeal with mixed berries.

Dinner
9:35pm: Miso ramen with chicken and broccoli (ViteRamen high-protein, high-fiber noodles used). A Quest bar. A square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
