Diet Comment
My weight held up (stayed down?) through a busy, stoned weekend, that ended with a half gallon of Heavenly Hash ice cream. But look how I'm right on the trend line! That's good news, I guess.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:55pm: Greens and cheese omelet with Dubliner cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers, kale and spinach, and cream cheese on Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame sprouted grain toast.

Lunch
6;00pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter.
Dinner
9:35pm: Rotisserie chicken salad (sliced rotisserie chicken, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, homemade mayonnaise, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale and spinach). A square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
