Food and Diet

Today's Weight:                    199.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (9/26/22):         201.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
Let the rebound begin. I might not lose anything with today's front-loaded heavy eating, including Indian food that is not entirely on-plan.

Food Log
Breakfast
12:45pm: Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, mixed berries, walnuts, whey protein, cacao nibs, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia)* and a fried egg.   *I only ate half. I had the rest for dinner.

Lunch
4:45pm, at Sahota Palace Indian restaurant: Chicken tikka saagwala (chicken and spinach curry).

Dinner
8:05pm: The other half of the oatmeal plus.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
