Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    197.7 lbs.
Previous Weight (9/22/22):         196.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
This weight gain is courtesy of the insanely high-calorie, high-carb, high-fat late lunch I had yesterday. Simple overeating. Given that I'll be eating at restaurants all weekend, I suspect a weight gain at Monday's weigh-in, too. 

Food Log
Breakfast
1:25pm: MELO (mushrooms, eggs, lox (smoked salmon) and onions). Roasted brussels sprouts. 

Lunch
6:15pm: Cottage cheese with cacao nibs, carrots and homemade mayonnaise.

Dinner
11:05pm: Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains toast with cream cheese, and a salad (arugula, cabbage chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette dressing).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
