Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
I totally expected this - yesterday's weight loss seemed anomalous - I couldn't explain it, and predicted this bounce back. 
Food Log
Breakfast
2:55pm: Greens and cheese omelet with Dubliner cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers, mixed greens, and cream cheese on Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame sprouted grain toast. 

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
9:35pm: Massaman curry ramen (Vite-Ramen high-protein, high-fiber noodles) with broccoli and chicken. A Quest bar and peanut butter. A square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
