Diet Comment
A nice dip back under the trend line, which is almost horizontal. I'm really good with that.

Breakfast
2:35pm: The Reverend frittata (eggs, Dubliner cheese, sweet potatoes, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers). Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains toast with cream cheese.

Lunch
7:15pm: A tub of hummus, a bag of spicy pork rinds and a bag of baby carrots. A square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Dinner
8:05pm: A Quest bar.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.;
