Diet Comment
This is a surprising loss. I ate weirdly yesterday - earlier than usual, I could only eat half, or maybe even less, of the huge breakfast I made. Then, I got hungry while shopping, and bought and ate a big jar of mixed nuts. Then I finished breakfast for lunch, which was a lot. Then more mixed nuts and a double-helping of dark chocolate. I went to bed thinking my weight would be up. I 'knew,' when I got up, I hadn't gained weight. I don't understand why not.

Breakfast
12:25pm: A small Dubliner cheese omelet and diced sweet potatoes.

Lunch
6:00pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter. Carrots and homemade mayonnaise.
Dinner
9:35pm: Rotisserie chicken on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread, and salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan cheese, creamy balsamic dressing).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 18 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
