Diet Comment
Nice reversal puts me below the trend line. Happy dance? Nah. Below 200 pounds, it's all good. 
Food Log
Breakfast
2:35pm: Greens and cheese omelet with Dubliner cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers, kale and spinach, and cream cheese on Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame sprouted grain toast. 

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
9:35pm: Hummus and a bag of bean tortilla chips. This is what happens when you go shopping hungry. A whole container of hummus and an entire large bag of tortilla chips made from beans. Yes, I farted the whole night.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 40+ oz.;
