Diet Comment
The good news is that the weekend wasn't nearly so damaging as last weekend, even with a goodly amount (nowhere near the previous weekend's) off-plan eating (a donut bargain at BJs).

Breakfast
2:45pm: Greens and cheese omelet (eggs, Dubliner cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers). Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame sprouted grains bread with cream cheese.

8:45pm: A Quest bar, mixed nuts and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
