Breakfast
2:40pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) and oatmeal with berries (oats, oat milk, mixed berries, kefir, Greek yogurt).

Lunch
7:45pm Peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Dinner
10:50pm: Chicken curry with lentils on riced cauliflower.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 80+ oz.;
