Diet Comment
A nice loss over the weekend, and now I'm back in the 'new normal' range. I'm a little surprised, because after receiving a Father's Day gift from Alex of an assortment of nuts, I went a little nuts on them (sorry). I just couldn't stop eating them, probably more than a pound! And yet...

3:05pm: Brussels sprouts, scrambled eggs and Swiss cheese, with a slice of buttered Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains toast.

10:05pm: Dal tadka (lentil curry) (with kale, spinach, chia and hemp seeds), on edamame and mung bean fettuccine. A Quest bar and a square of Peruvian 86% chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 68+ oz.;
