Diet Comment
After last night's repeat overeating, this comes as no surprise at all. I felt it before I got on the scale. Again, I'm going to have to take it easier on the food today.

Breakfast
1:55pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) with Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain toast with guacamole.

Skipped.
Dinner
11:25pm: A small slice of pepperoni pizza. Carrots and homemade mayonnaise. A Quest bar and peanut butter. A salad with arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, Swiss cheese, walnuts and homemade mayonnaise.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.;
