1:50pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) and guacamole on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grains toast.

10:00pm: Rotisserie chicken, mixed greens, baby spinach salad, cottage cheese, a Quest bar and a square of 86% chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
