Oh, well - I guess this is what happens when you end the weekend with high carbs and very late night eating.

3:05pm: Brussels sprouts with scrambled eggs and Swiss cheese.

6:45pm: A Quest bar.
Dinner
10:35pm: Chopped salad (rotisserie chicken, arugula, cabbage, carrots, chard, kale, spinach and creamy balsamic dressing). A square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
