Diet Comment
I think the improvement I've made to my sleeping - a decades-long problem, but I've gone from an average of around five hours a night to eight - may be responsible for this extended weight loss. To be honest, I have no other explanation.

Breakfast
1:40pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, swiss cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) and sweet potato fries (air-fried).

Lunch
6:00pm: Cottage cheese and cacao nibs.
Dinner
10:10pm: Rotisserie chicken on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with guacamole, and a salad (arugula, chard, kale, red cabbage, spinach, walnuts, parmesan crisps and balsamic vinaigrette).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.;
