Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    195.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/20/22):         195.5 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
I regard such small differences as negligible - just noise in the data point collection. Essentially, I weigh the same as yesterday. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:15pm: Oatmeal-plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, oat milk, whey protein, mixed berries, walnuts, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs, mushroom powder, cinnamon, stevia), and a sous vide egg drop on a slice of Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain toast.

Lunch
6:00pm: Popcorn with olive oil and Everything seasoning.

Dinner
10:15pm: Rotisserie chicken salad (arugula, chard, kale, red cabbage, spinach, parmesan crisps and balsamic vinaigrette) 
and a Quest bar with peanut butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
