A big bounce towards the mean, above the downward trend line. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:55pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, Swiss cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) with sweet potatoes.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:15pm: Miso ramen with kale, spinach and chicken (ViteRamen high-protein, high-fiber noodles, chopped organic kale and spinach, rotisserie chicken).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
