After my recent record of losses, I admit to not caring about this gain.

Breakfast
2:40pm: Swiss cheese omelet and 'golden' oatmeal (oats, oat milk, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, Greek yogurt).

Lunch
6:00pm: Two Quest bars.
Dinner
10:50pm: Rotisserie chicken salad (arugula, chard, kale, red cabbage, spinach, walnuts, parmesan crisps and balsamic vinaigrette), Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain toast with butter and Everything seasoning, walnuts and Swiss cheese, and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 32 oz.; Water: 70+ oz.;
