Diet Comment
Looking at the almost-vertival line of my weight gain, having reached my heaviest weight of the year, I can't help but noticing the gain begins at exactly the same time as I started taking medication for my sciatica attack. Hmmm.

Breakfast
1:45pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) with sweet potatoes seasoned with olive oil and Everything seasoning.

10:15pm: two slices of pepperoni pizza fromm Pump Pizza, peanut butter and a Quest bar and 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
