Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    199.2 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/27/22):         197.7 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
Looking at the almost-vertical line of my weight gain, getting within. a half-pound of my heaviest weight of the year, I can't help but noticing this recent weight gain begins at exactly the same time as I started taking medication for my sciatica. Hmmm. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:35pm: Oatmeal-plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, whey protein, mixed berries, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs, mushroom powder, cinnamon, stevia).

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:00pm: Quorn pieces in Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian pasta sauce over riced cauliflower. A Quest bar, and a 
square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.;
