Diet Comment
Looking at the almost-vertical line of my weight gain, getting within. a half-pound of my heaviest weight of the year, I can't help but noticing this recent weight gain begins at exactly the same time as I started taking medication for my sciatica. Hmmm.

Breakfast
1:35pm: Oatmeal-plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, whey protein, mixed berries, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs, mushroom powder, cinnamon, stevia).

11:00pm: Quorn pieces in Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian pasta sauce over riced cauliflower. A Quest bar, and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
