Diet Comment
Oof - that's a noticeable 1-day gain. Last night's two-plus hour eating marathon, which included lots of calories and some carbs, and a lack of my usual amount of hydration, is responsible, I think. I'm going to have to take it a bit easier on the food today.

Breakfast
1:55pm: Oatmeal-plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, oat milk, whey protein, mixed berries, walnuts, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs, mushroom powder, cinnamon, stevia) and a Nellie's sous vide egg drop on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains toast.

10:15pm: Spicy Szechuan ViteRamen with spinach, kale and chicken. Carrots and homemade mayonnaise. A Quest bar. A square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
