Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    194.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/30/22):         195.5 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.0 lbs.
Diet Comment
Given the sheer quantity of food I ate yesterday, this loss is something of a surprise. I'm happy with it, of course. Still, I close out the month more than a pound heavier than on the first. I don't care - still happy. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:40pm: Greens and cheese omelet (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach) and golden oatmeal (oats, oat milk, 'golden' spices).

Lunch
7:15pm: Peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Dinner
11:20pm: Rotisserie chicken and guacamole on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread and homemade coleslaw.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
