After two days of weight gain, a big loss, and a nice drop through the trend line. Light eating and exercise are the likely cause.

Breakfast
2:15pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) and sweet potato fries (air-fried).

6:00pm: Cottage cheese and cacao nibs.
Dinner
11:10pm: Flounder with pesto sauce, cauliflower rice (with nutritional yeast and Everything seasoning), a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
