Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    196.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/3/22):          194.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
Another gain, this was expected only because of yesterday's dinner out, which was healthy, but had a lot of sugar. 
Food Log
Breakfast
12:25pm: Oatmeal+ (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, oat milk, mixed berries, walnuts, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs, whey protein powder, kefir, Greek yogurt).

Lunch
5:35pm: Chili-coated dried mango and macadamia nuts.

Dinner
10:00pm: Turkey breast salad (Cajun turkey breast, shaved parmesan, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, creamy balsamic dressing.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
