Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    192.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/29/22):         193.9 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
A weekend of long days and hard work did this. I ate crap most of Saturday, but I was so tired Sunday, I lost my appetite, and didn't eat anything but a Quest bar after breakfast.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:00pm, at CoreLife: Korean BBQ bowl (quinoa, kimchi, cucumbers, spicy broccoli, carrots, sprouts, pork, fried egg, Korean BBQ sauce).

Lunch
8:30pm: Peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Dinner
11:45pm: Quorn sloppy Joe: (Quorn Grounds [mushroom-based protein ground meat substitute], lentils, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian, chopped kale and spinach). With Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain avocado toast and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
