Diet Comment
An unexplainable reversion to the mean. Sometimes I think that when I have a big 1-day swing like this, it's cumulative, and this is one of those cases. I dined out two nights in a row, and had bad sleep the night before last, and it didn't show up yesterday. But that would explain today.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:40pm: Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, oat milk, mixed berries, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cacao nibs, cinnamon, stevia).
2:40pm: Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, oat milk, mixed berries, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cacao nibs, cinnamon, stevia).
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
10:50pm: Miso ramen soup with chicken and greens (Vite-ramen high-protein miso ramen soup, rotisserie chicken, chopped kale and spinach). A Quest bar with peanut butter, and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 68+ oz.;
