Diet Comment
The usual post-weekend weight gain. It'll come right off... 
Food Log
Breakfast
2:55pm: Smoked salmon scramble, with mushrooms, onions and peppers).

Lunch
7:00pm: Popcorn, cottage cheese, a Quest bar.

Dinner
10:50pm: Miso ramen soup with chicken and greens (Vite-Ramen high protein ramen, Buffalo chicken breast, kale, spinach.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 50+ oz.;
