Breakfast
11:45am: Overnight oatmeal+ (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, oat milk, mixed berries, walnuts, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs, whey protein powder, kefir, Greek yogurt).

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
9:50pm: Turkey breast ramen (Cajun turkey breast, ViteRamen Spicy Sichuan high protein ramen, kale and spinach).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
