Wow - same weight four days in a row - I don't remember this ever happening before. 
Food Log
Breakfast
2:00pm: Smoked salmon and veggies scramble (eggs, smoked salmon, spinach, kale, mushrooms, onions, peppers) and air-fried sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes, olive oil, Everything But the Bagel seasoning).

Lunch
6:20pm: Peanut butter, a square of Peruvian 86% chocolate, and a Quest bar.

Dinner
10:15pm: Chana Masala (chick pea curry) on riced cauliflower (with nutritional yeast).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
