Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    195.1 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/23/22):         194.5 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
And now we're up a little, that's okay. I'm happy at this weight, plus or minus five pounds, so it's all good. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:40pm: Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, oat milk, mixed berries, walnuts, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cacao nibs, cinnamon, stevia) and two sous vide bacon-cheese egg drops.

Lunch
7:45pm, at Limp Lizard BBQ: Chicken-bacon-caesar wrap with coleslaw and collard greens.

Dinner
10:50pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, a Quest bar and an ounce of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
