Great end to the week. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:15pm: Greens and cheese frittata (kale, spinach, Dubliner cheese, eggs) and plain Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grains toast.

Lunch
5:35pm: Peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Dinner
10:50pm: Turkey breast salad (Cajun turkey breast, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and creamy balsamic dressing).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
