Diet Comment
A dip back below the trend line. All's well, I guess, but I did have an episode of A-Fib at 3:40am, followed by some tachycardia an hour or so later, according to my iWatch and the way I felt. This is the first time I've been aware of an episode of A-Fib. It wasn't pleasant, although I never actually felt sick. It does, however, remind me of my mortality.

10:50pm: Vegetarian Sloppy Joes (Quorn Grounds (mushroom protein), Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian, kale and spinach) on riced cauliflower (with nutritional yeast and Everything But the Bagel seasoning), peanut butter and a Quest bar, and an ounce of 86% Peruvian chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 2; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 68+ oz.;
